The power steering started acting up on my new Ram 1500 with only 5300kms on it. I happened to be in Timmins when it happened (live an hour away) so I called Cheniers at about 11:30am and they told me to bring the truck by and they would do their best to have a look at it as soon as they could. The guys at the service desk were amazing! Not only did they fit me in their busy schedule but they diagnosed the problem, changed the part (rack and pinion) and got me set up with an alignment before I left.
Huge thanks to the team at Cheniers for the amazing customer service. I have to say, the only thing I regret is that I listened to people who said “go down to Toronto for a better deal on a new truck”… I really wish I would have given these guys the opportunity to sell me my truck instead.
